Citadel Healthcare Services was founded by Richard Kwiatkowski, a seasoned registered nurse with a diverse clinical background in MICU, CTICU, trauma, and neurosurgical progressive care. Beyond the bedside, Richard has spent years in healthcare leadership, where he was responsible for hospital-wide staffing, nurse recruitment, and workforce optimization during some of the most challenging periods in modern healthcare.
His leadership roles gave him a firsthand view of the critical gaps in staffing, the burnout faced by healthcare professionals, and the urgent need for sustainable workforce solutions.
